The Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) attracts millions of people every year. Many brands participate in this huge event, where tourists make it a point to witness all the entertainment, festivals, breath taking attractions and enjoy shopping discounts, car/gold raffles and more. But the biggest attraction of the DSF is always the Global Village.

The Global Village in Dubai started at more or less the same time the DSF began. Since then, it has always been the main reason behind a shopper’s enjoyment. It started out as a place where people would buy crafts, souvenirs and other items belonging to different countries. Gradually it proved to be a place of tremendous art and culture being showcased from different parts of the world.

Many countries participate in this event (more than 40 countries participated previously) and set up their respective county pavilions in the area assigned. Each pavilion is designed and decorated to represent the respective country. This allows visitors to get a feel of that particular country in every way. Visitors can also taste the food and buy merchandise related to the country.

Inside Global Village there are many activities that anyone could participate in; like the Guinness World Record or the Fun Fair Area which has a lot of adventurous rides and games. At the famous Friends of the Little Big Club Pavilion children of all age groups are bound to have a ball.

Our Dubai Tour Company has access to many kinds of Dubai city activities that interest tourists. All you need to do is kick-start your Dubai city tour by making a booking with One World Travels.
